Kind Words
Honestly one of the best workshops I've ever attended. Super practical, engaging, and full of real examples. I loved that we could try everything out right away.
Perfect interaction, great insights.
I was positively surprised — I usually don't enjoy these kinds of workshops, but this one I really liked.
The most valuable part for me was being pushed out of my comfort zone during the exercises. It helped me realize how much confidence can grow through practice.
Challenge the challenges, prepare different length of the pitch.
I've worked with a lot of coaches. Kate is different — she's not teaching you to perform confidence. She's helping you find the version of you that was already there. Practical, direct, and genuinely transformative.
You know your stuff.
Let's make sure everyone else does too.
From the Feed
"Fine" doesn't mean fine.
The #1 mistake people make when presenting or negotiating in English. One word. It signals reluctant acceptance at best. Passive aggression at worst. The room hears something completely different to what you meant.
Own the room or the room will own you.
I delivered a 5-star workshop to 100 people and the best I gave myself was "alright." One internal critic. A hundred people who disagreed. And I sided with myself. That's not modesty. That's the loudest voice in the room being the wrong one.
Critics are always welcome. Complainers are not.
The one rule I had on every team I ever led. A complainer puts a period at the end of their rant. A critic puts a comma — and then comes the suggestion, the idea, the way forward. Don't be a complainer. Be a critic.
Confidence, not competence, made the biggest difference.
Most people aren't short on talent. They're short on belief. Brilliant people who hold back their ideas, mumble their wins, quietly question if they even belong. That's what the Confidence Pyramid is built to fix — one small step at a time.
